Organizational and Cultural Assessments– this process engages faculty and staff in the evaluation of the strengths, priorities, and accomplishments within their department or division. Using a variety of assessment methods, including surveys and confidential interviews, our team helps enhance performance of individuals, work teams, units, divisions, or colleges. Examples of assessments include Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats analysis (SWOT), and Future State, Force Field, and Gap Analyses, as well as Team Functioning assessments.
