Leadership Competency Model Quadrant
People can trust you and you can have a great vision but in the end you must execute–and generate alignment is all about that. Alignment may require making tough choices and difficult tradeoffs; assuring sustainability as well as adopting behaviors and decision-making approaches that support overarching priorities.
Fair and Legal Management – the ability to create a workplace environment that ensures safety, security, fairness, and inclusion for employees, and complies with all federal, state, and university regulations
